Founder | Executive Coach | Consultant
I founded BMC Consulting and Coaching out of a passion for helping professionals and organizations reach their highest potential. I believe that when people lead with clarity and confidence, they unlock stronger teams, smarter decisions, and better business results.
Early in my career, I led global teams and helped drive millions in new product revenue, where I discovered that real leadership isn’t about titles or technical expertise, it’s about trust, communication, and human connection. Recognized among the top 1 percent of leaders at The Boeing Company, I learned that people perform at their best when they feel supported, valued, and understood.
I also served as Director of Operations for a growing fitness company, scaling operations across multiple cities and coaching professionals and executives to lead with confidence and balance. I even founded an education company, coaching schools, students, and parents in executive function skills. Across all these experiences, one truth was consistently reinforced: people thrive when they lead with authenticity and clarity.
Through BMC Consulting and Coaching, I partner with leaders and organizations to strengthen performance by building clarity, alignment, and purpose in how they lead and grow. My mission is to help people lead at their best and create meaningful, lasting impact.
